HER Outdoors Week will take place from 08th-14th August 2022. HER Outdoors week aims to celebrate and encourage more females to get out and enjoy the benefits of being in the outdoors while bringing visibility to the opportunities for females to get involved in outdoor physical activity.
HER Outdoors at Tanagh Outdoor Education & Training Centre female Stand up Paddle Board (SUP) session on the Dromore River. This session is for females aged 16yrs+ .
**SUP session is subject to change depending on the wind conditions**
Swimwear or T-shirt & shorts, Runners that will get wet & dirty, Towel & toiletries for the shower, Suncream or Hat (depending on weather)
Medications eg Inhaler,
All safety equipment will be provided and buoyancy aids must be worn on the water at all times.
Tanagh Outdoor Education and Training Centre will NOT be responsible for personal items including expensive clothing, digital equipment or mobile phones
The session runs from 5pm-7.30pm on Thursday the 11th August.
