COURSE OUTLINE

It is a requirement of the Safety, Health and Welfare law that employers should provide a safe and healthy environment for their employees. If the risk assessment for First Aid highlights the need for qualified First Aiders then this course will provide you with suitable, highly trained personnel.

This comprehensive 24–hour course covers a wide range of First Aid emergencies enabling all participants to deal with life threatening emergency situations in a safe prompt and effective way.

This course will give participants a qualification to the highest level of First Aid, meeting the statutory requirements of the Safety Health and Welfare at work (General Application) regulations 2007

The course may be tailored to meet the requirements of the organisation or individual. John our First Aid Tutor will discuss the syllabus with the course organiser prior to the start of the course in order to meet your specific requirements.

All Occupational First Aid courses now include Defibrillation (AED) and Aspirin Administration. The maximum number of participants on a course is 10.
